State police have arrested a couple in Oswego County who were manufacturing methamphetamines in the house where the man's 8-year-old daughter lived.

Troopers arrested William McDowell and Christina Peach during a raid at the home they shared on White Pines Drive in Sandy Creek. Police found both meth oil, which is used to make meth, as well as a small quantity of meth itself. They also found McDowell's 8-year-old daughter living there. McDowell and Peach were charged with a number of drug offenses, as well as endangering the welfare of a minor. McDowell's daughter is staying with other relatives.
