A man and woman are in custody, charged with selling the heroin that led to the death of a nineteen-year-old girl.

Onondaga County sheriff's deputies say Alexis Carrasquillo and Sara Austin were arrested after a search of their residence turned up 153 packets of heroin stamped in a similar manner to those found near the body of Kali Perry, who was found dead of a drug overdose on Friday. Armed with a phone number they believed was her supplier, detectives obtained the warrant and the arrests of Carrasquillo and Austin. They both face multiple counts, and are in the Justice Center awaiting arraignment this morning.
