Charges have been lodged today against three Chittenango High School students accused of secretly videotaping girls who were changing into their bathing suits.
State Police say they've been charged with Unlawful Surveillance Second Degree, which is a felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Troopers say the videos were made at private residences in the Towns of Sullivan and Cazenovia in July and August of this year.
During the pool parties, seven girls were recorded changing with digital cameras and ipads, but none of the material was ever posted on the internet.
Two of the male suspects are 15 , the other is 16 and their cases will be handled in Family Court. Their names will not be released due to their age.
All three suspects were arrested after one of the girls parents filed a complaint.
