Town of Antwerp officials say the Pennsylvania truck driver responsible for the chain-reaction crash near Fort Drum that killed six people has been charged with reckless driving.

Authorities say 45-year-old James Mills of Myerstown pleaded not guilty to the charge, as well as to several traffic violations. He's accused of letting his inattention cause his tractor-trailer to slam into a line of vehicles stopped at a highway construction site last July 19 .
