Wanted Man Arrested, Going Nearly 100 MPH in Cortland

Cortland, N.Y. – A wanted Niagara Falls man was arrested for allegedly driving a stolen vehicle nearly 100 miles per hour in Cortland.

Niagara Falls Police had a warrant out for 55-year-old Ronald Proctor’s arrest; he was wanted for aggravated harassment.

State Police say they stopped the vehicle, which was originally from Delaware, on I-81 near Route 41 (exit 10).  

Proctor is charged with felony possession of stolen property.
