Something bad led to something good for an 87-year-old man in New Jersey. Earl Livingston fell and broke his hip while on his way to purchase a Mega Millions ticket earlier this week. He was taken to a hospital, where the staff allowed him to join the hospital lottery pool after hearing his story. The pool ended up winning one million dollars! Each of the 141 people in the pool took home around $4400, including the man who broke his hip. Read more here: NBC News
