Most Overquoted Movies Of All Time

posted by Pat McMahon -

Movies have shaped pop culture for decades- and with them, people can't help but quote some of the most iconic moments in day-to-day conversation. But some may argue that there are certain quotes that have been said so many times in so many contexts that they lose their charm. According to Post Grad Problems, here are some of the most overused phrases of all time:

"It’s not a purse, it’s called a satchel. Indiana Jones wears one." (The Hangover)

"She doesn’t even go here!" (Mean Girls)

"My name-a Borat!" (Borat)

"Well… THAT escalated quickly." (Anchorman)

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means." (The Princess Bride)

"Don’t you put that evil on me, Ricky Bobby!" (Talladega Nights)

"You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain." (The Dark Knight)

"Yeah baby!" (Austin Powers)

"Tina, you fat lard!" (Napoleon Dynamite)
