Bills' Player Quits, Retires in Middle of a Game

The Buffalo Bills lost Sunday to the LA Chargers 31-20, but the score makes it look closer than it actually was. The Bills got DESTROEYED in the first hald, trailing 28-6. Things were bad on defense and the Bills couldn't stop the Chargers. It was so bad that cornerback Vontae Davis wuit, reited,a nd walked out at halftime.

In a statement, Davis said that the reality had hit him: “I shouldn’t be out there anymore.”

Davis, a 10 year vet, said he meant no disrespect to his teammates and coaches.

Head coach Sean McDermott said, “[He] pulled himself out of the game. He communicated to us that he was done.”

His teammates, as you can imagine, had some strong thoughts...
