Heroes Lift 5 Ton Ambulance Off EMT - The Good Stuff

A paramedic is alive after a group of heroes saved him from an ambulance crash. The people used pure adrenaline to lift the five-ton ambulance off of the trapped EMT.  The paramedic was taken to the hospital where he was in stable condition. More below... 


Preparations are underway for the Our Lady of Pompei's 69th annual spaghetti supper on Election Day. Volunteers made 6,000 meatballs this weekend. The event brings people together from all parties for a delicious dinner every election day. It happens of course on November 6th from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. o in the cathedral academy cafeteria. CNY Pop Warner Cheerleading and CNY Pop Warner Independent football gave $1,700 worth of supplies to families at the Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital! They donated bags filled with coloring books, crayons, playing cards, quarters for laundry and laundry supplies, as well as several other items.  More below and here: LocalSYR.com


Distance isn't getting in the way of a pizza shop delivering pizza to a man in hospice.  Steve's Pizza in Battle Creek, Michigan doesn't deliver, but when the manager found out that a popular customer only had days to live, he changed that.  He drove over 550 miles to hand deliver two pizzas to Rich Morgan and his wife Julie.  Rich was placed in hospice care after doctors told him that his cancer had worsened and that he only had days to live.
