Women are finally getting some respect for the work they do in sports, particularly in a sport like football. Melissa Stark with the NFL Network is one of those women who are determined to stand in there and do the job without, well, ducking her responsibilities. Melissa probably wishes she could have ducked here when she gets hit in the head with a kicked ball. But if you aren't watching carefully, you can barely tell it happened, since Melissa just shrugs it off and goes right back to her report without any indication that she was affected by it. I enjoy watching women report on men's sports - they aren't aging players trading in their years on the field for another paycheck. They work harder so they'll be taken seriously, which means they often outshine the "experts." How 'bout that?
