It's hard to imagine a world where The Beatles wouldn't exist, but I also realize that my perception of that is based on me being alive during the entire time they have been famous. A world where no one knows them is a lot more possible that I would like to admit.
In the movie "Yesterday," some sort of power glitch renders the world completely unaware that The Beatles were ever in existence - except for a struggling British singer-songwriter, who takes that knowledge just about as far as he can go with it. Danny Boyle of "Trainspotting" and "Slumdog Millionaire" fame directs, with a screenplay by Richard Curtis, known for "Four Weddings and a Funeral," "Notting Hill," and "Love Actually." Lily James, known for "Downton Abbey," is among the film's stars. So - watch the trailer already. You will probably love it.
