Traveling with little kids can be a challenge, especially when they decide to have a meltdown just as your flight is taking off. A Southwest Airlines flight attendant saw an exhausted mom dealing with that situation. She held the baby for her, walking up and down the aisle, and giving the mom a needed break. YAHOO

UHS is having their annual Sock Out Cancer concert tonight! The concert begins at 8 p.m. at the Forum, with the former lead singers of Santana and Journey headlining. Proceeds go directly to local families fighting cancer. WBNG

It’s National Library Week, and instead of paying fines for late books, many libraries are accepting food donations! The Food for Fines program let’s you get $1 for every item given, which are then donated to a local food bank. Mental Floss

Dunkin’ donated $3,100 to Rochester Veterans Outreach Center. The money will help renovate homeless shelters, and create a new center that will help vets with health and healing. 13WHAM
