Woodstock 50 Cancelled - Hollywood Headlines

Woodstock 50 has been cancelled. Organizers of the festival made the announcement yesterday, giving a number of issues for why. Those include concerns about the health and safety of those who would attend. They also questioned whether Watkins Glen International speedway could accommodate the 100-thousand-person festival. Last week ticket sales were delayed, and rumors were it would be cancelled.


Felicity Huffman is set to plead guilty in the college admissions scandal on May 13th. Huffman paid 15-thousand dollars to have someone correct the answers on her daughter's SAT. Meanwhile, Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband joined dozens of others who were arraigned yesterday on new charges in the scandal.

Director John Singleton is dead at 51. He suffered a massive stroke more than a week ago. Singleton directed "Boyz N the Hood," which got him an Oscar nomination. He also directed 2 Fast 2 Furious.
