Sesame Street Officially Gets A NYC Street Sign! - The Good Stuff 5/3

New York City now has a road named after Sesame Street to honor the iconic show's 50th anniversary. Mayor Bill de Blasio, Big Bird and a cast of characters were on hand to rename West 63rd and Broadway "Sesame Street". The show has been filmed in Queens since the early 1990s.

56 students from the Syracuse City School District were celebrated at the P-TECH signing ceremony. P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High School) gives kids will get the chance to earn college credit in the engineering and tech fields. It gives them a huge advantage in getting jobs in the biggest tech fields.

Billionaire CEO Marc Benioff and his wife, Lynne have donated $30 million to help end homelessness. The money will go to the University of California San Francisco, who have a new research program which hopes to find the causes and solutions for homelessness. The donation is set to help fund the research program for the next five years.
