Chrissy Teigen Reveals Surprising Hobby Helping Her Cope After Miscarriage

Chrissy Teigen has found an impressive way of healing after suffering a pregnancy loss last year.

As per a new photo Teigen shared on social media, it looks like the model has taken on an equestrian hobby in the new year. "My therapist says I need something that I do for just me, as I have absolutely nothing currently lol," the 35-year-old revealed over the weekend with a photo of the steed.

"Today begins my journey into the horse world. I hope this dude likes me,” she quipped, adding, “He’s so handsome and appears lazy, I love.”

In another tweet, Teigen shared the horse’s name is “Cosmo! Like Cosmo Kramer,” though she clarified for inquiring minds that the horse isn’t hers.

This is the latest personal endeavor Teigen has embarked on to cope with the grief and pain of losing her third child with husband John Legend, a son named Jack, in September 2020.

Weeks before the new year, it was revealed that Teigen had entered “intense grief counseling” to heal from the devastating loss and has also restarted her journey to sobriety as well.

Just before Christmas, the Cravings star made another heartbreaking revelation that she would “never” be able to have children again after her miscarriage.

“I love being pregnant, so so much, and I’m sad I never will be again,” Teigen shared in an emotional Instagram post. “But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day. Anyhoo. Love u guys. Xx.”
