Vonnie Sandlan learned her son's new bike had been stolen and reported it to local police in Scotland. But Vonnie knew the cops had real crime problems to work on, so she decided to do her own investigating. After an Internet search, Vonnie found the bike was on sale online. She tracked the seller down and it turned out to be a 15-year-old who burst into tears when Vonnie checked the bike serial number and knew it was her boy's stolen bike. Vonnie ended up giving the boy a lecture about how much worse it would have been if the bike had been stolen from someone not nearly as nice as her!
