The Senate is going to vote to repeal the Obamacare. Republicans can’t come up with a plan to replace it, so they will try to get rid of it all together.  Meanwhile Governor Cuomo says he'll sue the federal government if the Republican healthcare does pass. He says it would violate the constitution. 

People with grandparents and other close relatives can get visas to enter the U.S. now, despite President Trump's travel ban. The new guidelines also include grandchildren, uncles, aunts, and some in-laws. 

A bicyclist and a Syracuse police car collided yesterday, sending the bike rider to the hospital in critical condition. The good news is the person is stable today. THe officers were treated for minor injuries.

A person in Oswego County is undergoing rabies treatments after they were attacked by a rabid cat. It happened in the Town of Volney, where the stray cat attacked the victim’s housecat, and he tried to separate the two. Officials say they’ve seen a spike in rabies cases this summer.

The Pennsylvania man accused of killing four men says he's committed other murders.  Cosmo DiNardo told police that he was involved in at least two other killings in Philadelphia in recent years.

The Muppet Studio says the long time voice of Kermit the Frog was fired for unacceptable business conduct.  Voice actor Steve Whitmire voiced Kermit since 1990, which is when the original voice and creator of the Muppets, Jim Henson, died. Bachelorette last night: Rachel sent home Dean despite really liking him. She met the families of the final 4 last night, and Dean introduced her to his father, whom he had not seen in 2 years. That lead to too much family drama for Rachel. 

A new study says people who use artificial sweeteners for a long time are opening themselves up to serious health problems.  Researchers found that those people had higher risks of Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and stroke.
