A local biker is fine after being dragged 150 feet by a tractor trailer in the village of Liverpool.  The Wegmans driver unknowingly hit the motorcycle driven by Steven McGill of Brewerton and dragged him until another driver flagged Reese down.  McGill suffered only minor injuries. 

The son of the Syracuse police chief Frank Fowler is back in jail, accused of attacking a victim during a burglary.  Frank Fowler Junior allegedly bit and hit a woman, along with breaking her door and TV.  

Congrats to Former CNS and UConn hoops star Breanna Stewart as she was selected for her first WNBA All-Star game. Stewart is in her second season with the Seattle Storm after winning Rookie of the Year honors.

An eyesore in the town of Salina is finally coming down. Cinema North Theater has been abandoned for 20 years and will be demolished next month. 

The Senate will vote next week to repeal Obamacare. The GOP has been unable to come up with a replacement.  Meanwhile, President Trump is blasting news media for reporting about his second, previously undisclosed meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin during the G-20 summit.  Trump calls the report Fake News and sick.  

A Minneapolis police officer inexplicably shot and killed a native Australian who’d called 911 about a disturbance in the alley behind her home. Justine Damond was killed when one of the officers was startled by a loud noise as she approached their squad car, and shot her dead.  

O.J. Simpson will have his parole hearing tomorrow and many experts think he will be a free man.  He’s s served more than eight years for an armed robbery where he attempted to recover some of his football memorabilia.
