Japanese Companies Fighting Overwork- With Capes

An IT company in Japan is using an unlikely tool to help fix the toxic "overwork" culture that's been making headlines throughout the past few years. Employees were forced to wear bright purple capes if they worked late on certain days, and the company reported that the amount of overtime had been cut in half. More companies in Japan are looking to fix the decades-long issue of "overwork", which has claimed the lives of two individuals in recent years.
