Liverpool High School students spread kindness with special notes in there hallways. Teacher Judi Flick and a handful of her students started the LHS Kindness Club, and made signs that now hang in the hallways of the School. Signs that remind fellow students to "be positive," "love yourself," and "always stay humble and kind.” These are in response to the Parkland school shooting, and instead of insisting on a walkout, these students are choosing a different movement. They're hoping the small acts will reach the people who need them most.
Another good thing!
The real Luke Skywalker had some kind words to say to a fellow jedi. A mother tweeted her daughter, who is a big Star Wars fan and was afraid to wear her new Star Wars T-shirt to school because she was afraid the other kids would laugh at her for liking "boy stuff." Well that tweet went viral and even Mark Hamill saw it and replied saying, "Boy stuff? PLEASE! The Force is, and always will be strong with females here on Earth and in galaxies far, far away." The mother says her daughter was so excited to hear what Hamill said, and now refuses to take the shirt off!!
