An 18-year-old student has been charged with allegedly making a threat to Cicero-North Syracuse High School. Concerned students allegedly told the school resource officer that Cameron Mott may perform a school shooting. An investigation lead to Mott being charged with allegedly making a terroristic threat.
Today we want to recognize and celebrate the students CNS who said something. Thanks to these concerned students who spoke up, police were able to arrest the student and stop what could have been a massacre.
These kids who spoke up are absolutely heroes and need to celebrated. We don’t know, and probably will never know, their names... but thank you.
Remember kids, if you see something, you HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING.
