Jon Bon Jovi is thinking of America's heroes, and their service dogs, during the holidays.
Bon Jovi performed his new song "Unbroken" live on NBC Wednesday night during the lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.
Profits from the sale of this new song will go to help soldiers with Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which sadly is far too common for our troops.
"This is a song I wrote for members of the military. Thank you to so many of the men and women who serve this country", said Bon Jovi Wednesday night.
He said 100% of proceeds from sales of downloads of this song (featured in the Netflix documentary "To Be of Service") will be donated to the Patriotic Service Dog Foundation.
Here's the tribute to our heroes and their dogs, followed by Bon Jovi talking about it. God bless our troops.
