Parking tickets can be a real nuisance, but anymore, cities and other local government who issue them employ some pretty hardcore strategies to get us to pay up. I don't think that was the case at the time this 44-year-old parking ticket was first issued in Pennsylvania. That might be why it took that long for it to be paid. Either that, or they have Deputy Barney Fife in charge of collection.
