Cats is one of those Broadway shows that fans will sometimes speak almost reverently about. It ran for years and had some wonderful performances. (Anyone out there remember actress Betty Buckley from the 80's TV show Eight is Enough? She's the amazing voice of Memories from the original Broadway cast!)
Now there's a movie version of this musical gem, with the likes of Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, and Jason Derulo in the mix. Hudson should be right at home, since she already has won an Oscar for a film rendition of a successful Broadway musical (Dreamgirls, anyone?)
