You can see some of our favorites below and, to add my own story, I got my 4 year old to eat his dinner by kind of blowing his mind this weekend.
Rory said he was just, "SO FULL," and couldn't finished his dinner. He had barely touched it. So, after continuously telling him to eat his dinner, and him complaining about being SO FULL, I said excitedly, "Hey buddy, want some ice cream?"
"Yeah I do!" Said Rory.
"Well then... I guess you're not so full huh?" I replied.
My son, befuddled by the logic, looked away stunned, whined to himself, and ate his dinner.
Dad 1 Kid 0.
Every time I get Rory out of the car he wants to race to our front door. I have to let him win or else he has a meltdown. But, every so often, I take off and win the race by A LOT. Gotta keep them humble LOL.
My iHeartRadio App is FILLED with kids songs. I've had this exact thing happen to me before hahaha.
Usually means fun for the kids, work for the parents.
We did get SOME stuff done but I admit, we have a lot to cram in here over the next 3 weeks.
