You know what they say about "assume" - it makes an "a@@" out of "u" and "me," right? Well, no one at this guitar convention should have assumed that this nice lady could sit down and fire off some pretty impressive blues riffs on the guitar, all the while acting like it was no big deal. We should all be so lucky.
