Being in the media myself, I have had very similar interactions with people. Hugging, kissing you on the face or asking for your autograph. It can be a little scary sometimes, especially when you don't know who you're dealing with, but this drunk girl looks like she just wanted to get on TV after having a few (or 10) too many! The anchor handled it very well!
