De-Cluttering Linked To Higher Productivity And Better Focus

Folks across the country are throwing away things that "no longer spark joy", thanks to Marie Kondo's popular Netflix series. The trend has been benefitting charity organizations across the country- and it's also helping our mental health! Scientists claim that de-cluttering helps us focus better, and makes us more productive in the long run. In comparison, people who don't regularly clear up their homes are more likely to have issues sleeping and were found to have higher levels of stress hormones in their body.
