Olivia Newton-John has been somewhat of a force in her home country of Australia, where she received the Companion of the Order of Australia basically being such a great role model for people struggling with Cancer. Olivia has put her battles with cancer in the public, something she unfortunately is dealing with again now. I imagine a lot of people saw her as kind of a lightweight entertainer when she was popular. She has certainly proven those critics wrong.
