Most recently, banking firm Goldman Sachs has announced that their bankers' dress should "dress in a manner that is consistent with your clients’ expectations"- a move designed to win favor with larger tech companies based off the West Coast. Both companies also anticipate their change in professional dress will attract more millennials into their open positions.
