Neil Diamond is a legend in his own time, and still making music over 50 years after he first hit the big time. Plus, he is a performer by heart, so just bursting into song seems natural. It must have been a huge surprise to the crowd in this restaurant in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn when Neil jumped up and started singing Sweet Caroline. Makes me want to sing along too - and track down that restaurant in case it ever happens again.
