Every year you can count on the NYS Fair to have some pretty amazing, and extreme, food. Fried Specialties has created the the heart attack, the defibrillator, and now the all new SUDDEN DEATH.
The Sudden Death (below) is 2 hamburgers stuffed with macaroni and cheese, pork belly and jalapenos, then wrapped in bacon and deep-fried. It comes with a side of cheddar cheese sauce, as well as your choice of milder chipotle sauce, or a fiery hot habanero sauce.
Also debuting this year is the Breakfast Burger, which is a half-pound burger topped with sausage, bacon, ham, eggs and hashbrowns.
