Cuomo Announces Local Employer Expansion to Create 400+ New Jobs

Governor Andrew Cuomo came to Syracuse today to announce the expansion of two local businesses that expect to create a total of over 400 new jobs.

Cuomo says Bankers Health Group will relocate several operations to Syracuse at a new location on Spencer Street. Construction is expected to be complete by 2023. Cuomo also says JMA Wireless is committed to moving their 5G manufacturing from Texas to the Coyne Building in southwest Syracuse. Cuomo says his office is "laser-focused" on bringing major companies to Central New York, and this expansion will help transform the region and create new economic momentum.
