There's a move among state lawmakers to ban youth tackle football.
A hearing in Albany Tuesday heard from both sides of the issue. The head of USA Football is the sport is safe. However, there are doctors who say playing at such an early age can ultimately lead to brain damage.
The bill is an assembly committee, with no Senate version of the bill in existence.
