I have not been nor ever anticipate to be a surfer. I grew up on the Pacific Ocean - the northern, ice-cold, part - and the whole concept just never appealed to me. So I don't have any way to know what this Florida kid is feeling when he's on his surfboard, just cutting across the waves, and all of a sudden something comes along to scare him and knock him into the water. What is it? Oh, just a small shark. The boy is no worse for wear. Hopefully he'll be able to get back on the board and surf again. The odds of something like that ever happening to him again are probably worse than winning a Powerball jackpot.
