Oswego County residents are preparing for another snowstorm as the National Weather Service has issued a lake effect snow warning. The warning, which began last night, will remain in effect until seven a.m. tomorrow (January 25). Forecasters predict that the area could see between eight and 12 inches of snow. In addition to the heavy snowfall, gusty winds are expected to make travel difficult for residents.
